Adventure Sessions // Savannah, Ga

Updated: Jan 25, 2022

The first round of Adventure Sessions is in the books! Couldn't have kicked off with a better location than beautiful Savannah, GA. On top of the amazing weather, dreamy Spanish moss, vibrant spring blooms, and beautiful history in every direction, I had the most amazing clients sign up for these adventure photo sessions. From families to boudoir, these Savannah photo sessions were nothing short of amazing.

The first session of the weekend was with one of my favorite clients who I now call friends! I first met them last October for a newborn photo session for their littlest dude, and here we are six months later hanging out in Savannah! We met at their darling Airbnb that was located right in the middle of downtown and then strolled around some of the dreamy park squares that are on every corner.

The next session was with one of my favorite humans on the planet. Carrie Wren is a life coach, yoga teacher, Thai yoga therapy practitioner, and an inspiring divinely expressed GODDESS. For her adventure session, she wanted an empowering boudoir session followed by some fun shots with her partner. We met at her swanky Airbnb, channeled some inner goddess energy, sipped some champagne, and played the perfectly curated playlist. Such an incredible way to add some fun and spice to a weekend getaway!

This next family session has been rescheduled three times due to life and the pandemic, and they were my main reason for traveling to Savannah! They live in Ohio and have a yearly tradition of vacationing on the east coast every spring. I had so much fun capturing their memories at their beautiful vacation rental which was right on the waterway.

The last session of the weekend was at this sweet family's home in Midway, Ga. They live on a magical piece of land with a pond, chickens, wildflowers, and of course, gorgeous Spanish moss draping over all the live oak trees. What a dream! I loved meeting them and capturing a slice of their day-to-day adventure on the farm.
